Kemal Efe Sayın

Kemal Efe Sayın graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2016.

Sayın holds an LL.M. in Human Rights Law (2022) from İstanbul Bilgi University.

Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Public Law at Turkish-German University, Turkey.

He is the author of “Religious Symbols and Clothing in the Case-Law of the European Court of Human Rights (İstanbul: On İki Levha, 2022).

Sayın started his career at the biggest passenger transportation company in Turkey, Metro Tourism Travel Organization and Trade Inc and gained experience in many different areas of law.

Sayın provides consultancy and advocacy services mainly in the fields of Immigration Law, Family Law and Criminal Law. He is fluent in English.
