Insurance disputes in Türkiye go through their own forum first — the Insurance Arbitration Commission — before any general court can hear them. That changes how the case is built, what gets put in writing in the policy, and how the broker–agent–insurer chain needs to be documented.

We act for insurers, brokers and corporate policyholders on the underwriting language behind the policy, on individual claims (including coverage disputes and subrogation actions), and on the regulatory and agency-relationship questions that arise between participants in the distribution chain.
